The hotel offered a fantastic location, just a short stroll to Covent Garden and St Paul’s Cathedral. I loved the spacious and clean City King Room with its comfortable king-size bed. Enjoyed relaxing in the quiet atmosphere of the bar area, a perfect place for pre-dinner drinks. I encountered a few inconveniences. The check-in process felt rushed, and I noticed some empty used glasses were left outside my door for too long. the lack of a restroom on the ground level made things inconvenient during my stay. the atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the hotel staff's attitude, but I would expect a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping.

Perfect little retreat in the city
We had a really nice time here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and stylish. We enjoyed our continental breakfast every morning. One thing to note, though, parking isn't great. we struggled a bit with that. But honestly, the vibe made up for it all! Recommended!

The City King Room was super comfy with a big, cozy bed and nice amenities like coffee-making facilities. It felt really spacious, and I loved the soft, fluffy robes they provided. Plus, the quietness of the room was a huge bonus, totally insulated from the city noise. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger. it was a little spotty at times. All in all, a great stay!

I loved how the staff surprised me with a heartfelt card and chocolates for my anniversary. The room was super cozy with comfy pillows. The sun terrace was a perfect place to unwind after exploring, and the breakfast was definitely a treat, well worth it. Had a fantastic time here with my friends! We explored the local area, watching some of our favorite shows on the flat screen TV with Sky Sports—totally loved the vibe. The rooms were super comfy and had everything we needed. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a fun getaway!
The breakfast service could be better. we felt a bit rushed and had to wait a while for our food on the first morning. It could use some improvements to make it more enjoyable.
